What is relationship therapy all about?


The main goal of relationship therapy is to help you feel more comfortable among other people and interact with them in a healthy and meaningful way, ultimately leading to high-quality relationships with others – partner, family, friends, coworkers and other people you encounter.

How I can help you


I know that building, repairing and fostering relationships can be challenging and takes time and effort. During therapy, we'll work to understand the root causes of your difficulties, help you resolve conflicts or heal from toxic relationships and work on your social and communication skills. I’ll help you understand your own needs and behaviours, as well as those of others, which will help you express yourself more effectively and connect with others empathetically.  I will provide you not just with guidance but also practical tools that will help you achieve your relationship goals.
